Thanks to an alliance of researchers, colleges, the commonwealth of Virginia, local governments and more — plus many years of investment in biotechnology — the Richmond region is eligible for tens of millions in federal funding to grow a globally competitive, advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing hub.”
